Flowers By Burkhardt's

Place and customer service seems nice. It is a house with minimal signage. Had put my order for prom boutonniere and a corsage at the beginning of the week only to find out it weren't ready on the day of pickup because they order was lost somehow. She was able to create something in the last 30 minutes that we had before going to prom. Gave us a panic attack not know the flowers were not ready when time was tight. DEFINITELY would advise calling and confirming order OR finding a better more professional place.

I had a great experience with them. I placed an order for Valentine’s day flowers. I was able to call them and confirm my pickup. They are a small business based close to my house. I went over with my son to pick up. They welcomed us in and even let him pick out a flower separately. The bouquet was of course fresh and beautiful and a good size for the cost.

My mother received flowers from a friend after a surgery. They were delivered in a rusty dusty mason jar and look like they were shoved in without any thought to shaping or stem length. The water quickly got nasty and when I changed it none of the leaves had been trimmed from the stems which is pretty basic flower arranging in order to stop bacteria in the water. Definitely overpriced and lacking in care. Edit: My mom reached out and was offered a new bouquet which is stunning. We’re so sorry about your accident and hope you feel better soon!

I called her a day before our civil ceremony to pick up a boutonnière and a bouquet of flowers since we decided late to get one. It turned out really pretty and she was such a pleasant lady! She was awesome

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from but I need to be honest with my own experience. Just called and spoke with a lovely woman named Marty and she couldn’t have been nicer. I called out of state and had her put together a custom arrangement to be delivered to my cousins who recently lost their father. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and I told her to also put some chocolates and treats in there for them. Marty came through with flying colors and she did not disappoint. Amazing. And everything was delivered in LESS THAN AN HOUR after I called. AAAAA+++++ all the way. Highly recommend.
